Our short-term rental strategy targets young travelers and digital nomads who are on the go. We search for assets in need of reform or change of use, to transform into modern, serviced apartments. We strategically target the city centers of the most visited cities in Spain, such as Madrid, Barcelona, Málaga, Granada, and Valencia, so guests are within walking distance of anything they need.
