Persepolis takes a modernized, serviced approach to traditional build-to-rent residential assets. This strategy focuses on residential assets with value-add potential or other types of assets with the possibility of a change of use to residential.

We target young internationals and digital nomads with the incorporation of co-living and co-working spaces as well as other amenities. This strategy is primarily focused on the city centers of Madrid and Barcelona, where our target clientele is most highly concentrated, and there is a high demand for modern and serviced residential.
