Job Description

We are seeking an Asset Management Analyst to join our team in Madrid. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the full lifecycle of our real estate projects. This position requires a multi-disciplinary approach, with responsibilities ranging from project coordination, financial modeling, and reporting to third-party management, data analysis, and presenting findings to internal and external teams.

 
Key Responsibilities
  • 360° Project Coordination: Oversee the coordination of real estate projects from acquisition through development to sale, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
  • Third-Party Management: Work closely with external consultants, contractors, agents, and service providers to ensure seamless execution of project objectives.
  • Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to assess project profitability, risk, and performance, contributing to investment decisions and project strategy.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), financial performance, and project milestones.
  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to market conditions, project progress, and financial metrics to inform decision-making and optimize performance.
  • Presentation Skills: Effectively present analyses, reports, and project updates to internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding of complex data.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside other departments, including commercial, sales, and marketing teams, to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned and progressing.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring compliance with legal, financial, and operational requirements.
  • Other responsibilities include performing complex financial and sensitivity analyses, conducting market research, and ad-hoc analysis.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in asset management, real estate, or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling (Excel).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
